I appreciate your honesty.

I do not issue refunds for items that have been "downloaded" or emailed. Due to the nature of digital products, there is no way to undo a download delivery. Therefore, please be sure to carefully read the "Item Details" and FAQ to ensure that you fully understand what you are purchasing. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied.

30 DAY REFUND POLICY
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for files that have not been downloaded or emailed. I do not offer partial refunds for bundles, kits or orders of multiple items where any part of the purchase has been downloaded.

Nearly all of my listings are instant download digital products, no physical items are shipped. Your purchased files will be available to download immediately once payment is confirmed, and you'll also receive an email with a link to download. You can re-download your purchased files at any time in your Etsy account under You > Purchases & Reviews, and click the big blue Download button to the right of your order details.

SIZING:
Select "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "scale" to any % of the page. This is usually the cause for most printing issues.

PAPER RECOMMENDATION:
If you're printing a planner page, regular printer paper would be ideal. Other items (i.e., binder covers or dividers) may be better printed on cardstock, depending on intended use.

If you're printing signs or party printables, I recommend using cardstock or double-sided matte photo paper. This is what I use: https://amzn.to/2RV

1. Make sure you are working on a laptop or desktop computer. Do not try to edit on a mobile device.

2. Be sure you have downloaded Adobe Reader. You can find a free version here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html

3. Save the file(s) you want to open on your desktop.

4. Open the file by right clicking on a mouse, or ctrl+click on a trackpad so that you can choose which program opens the PDF file. Oftentimes, Adobe is NOT the default program for PDFs on your computer, so it will open in an internet tab, or Preview (on a Mac), or something else. You MUST be sure to open it in Adobe for it to look like the examples. Alternately, you can open the Adobe Reader program first, then locate the file you've saved to open it.

My products come with security settings that protect my creative rights, and uphold my copyright policy. These measures are necessary to guard against piracy of my products and are non-optional. I do, however, offer editing within my "Editable" products which is limited to the "editable form fields" themselves, and are not affected by security settings. All other editing is prohibited.

Many products from my shop are sold as compressed/ZIP files. Your PDFs are contained within the ZIP files.

(PC) - Most computers come with an unzipping program pre-installed, if however yours does not, you can easily find free unzipping software online.

(Mobile) - Mobile devices and tablets may have limited unzipping capabilities compared to computers. For phones or tablets you may need to download an unzipping app which can be found by searching your App Store.
